I've been starting to think of Automatic Cinema quite a while ago. You'll find on this page more or less recent documents which cover the research process of the project. Most of them are german only.

The documentation covers the background of «Geometrical Storytelling» and some historical fact about generative narration. The abstract sums up the idea in short form.
